Refund & Warranty

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we accept returns on eligible items for up to 3 days after delivery. 

• We do not accept returns on international orders at this time.
• All returns must be received within 7 business days of the shipment delivery date. Returns outside of this 7 day limit will not be eligible for a return. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• All returns must be in their original condition (no visible signs of wear, free of any odors, etc).
• You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Original shipping fees WILL be deducted from your transaction amount even if it's labeled free shipping.
• It is very important that you ask for a tracking number when shipping your return or exchange. We are not responsible for any item(s) lost or damaged in the shipping process.
• Once your package is received please allow up to 3-5 business days for return processing. When your return is processed you will be emailed a notification once your return is received.

If the order is returned past the 7 day limit, you are responsible to pay for shipping if you want the items back. You will not receive a refund of your money. 

Damages: Please inspect your items upon delivery. If for some reason your tag arrived defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong tag, please let us know within 3 days of receipt. After 3 days, no replacements will be given. 

 

Warranty: Poppin Pet Tags do not provide any warranties. Our pet tags are not meant to withstand chewing, excessive scratching, pulling or other forceful impacts. Our tags are not waterproof. They are water resistant- able to resist the penetration of water to some degree but not entirely. Our handmade pet tags are made from engineered wood composite and UV resin and may be harmful and/or toxic to your pet. Poppin Pet Tags disclaims any liability for any and all injury or harm, up to and including death, caused by Buyer’s pet playing with, chewing on, eating, or otherwise ingesting the pet tag or other Product.

Poppin Pet Tags disclaims all responsibility for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting from, arising out of or any way related to (i) Buyer’s pet wearing our Product; (ii) Buyer’s pet chewing on, consuming all or part, or otherwise ingesting the Product; (iii) any other person or animal chewing on, consuming all or part, or otherwise ingesting the Product belonging to or otherwise associated with Buyer or others, (iv) the timeliness of delivery of our Product; (v) content on our website related to the Product; and (vi) any third-party web sites or content therein directly or indirectly accessed through links contained on the site or through the services.  The liability of Poppin Pet Tags to the Buyer for any causes of action, regardless of the form of action, arising out of or from the performance or breach of this Agreement will in no event exceed the amount paid by the Buyer to Poppin Pet Tags under this Agreement.  Poppin Pet Tags will not be liable to the Buyer or any other party for any other type of damages (special, indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, lost profits, lost use, or any other damage whatsoever) arising from or out of or in connection with this Agreement, our website, or our Products even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
